the wonderful world of revisions

I've realized I need some ground rules for customers when it comes to revisions. The revisions merry go round can be extremely frustrating. So I'm instituting a 72 hour revisions policy. After that, I'm done with it. I've got to work on my "questioning" techniques so that I can learn to separate the gold from the dross when getting initial information for a press release from a client.
